We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase from Honna.

Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Delivery:

You can return your order without payment ONLY while the courier is waiting. You may open and try the order before receiving it. 

In the case of rejection, cancellation, or returning the order with the courier, return shipping fees will apply. 

Same Day Delivery:

Orders are not eligible for partial delivery. You must receive the full shipment. In the case of a return or exchange, please contact us and return shipping fees will apply. Same Day Delivery orders can only be paid via card online or Instapay (please contact us) before shipping.

All evening wear items purchased from Honna are considered final sale. This means that we do not accept exchange or refunds for these items.

If you accept and pay for the order, it will be eligible for exchange only within 3 days of delivery. New orders must be of the same or greater value than the original order. 

Orders 5000 EGP and over MUST be paid first via card online or via InstaPay transfer. 

3 days after delivery orders are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Credit card payments take up to 14 business days to refund depending on your banks policy. 

سياسة الاسترجاع&الاستبدال:

*يمكن ارجاع المنتج فقط و بدون اي دفع نقدي و ذلك بعد فتح و قياس المنتج خلال وقت الاستلام مع المندوب الخاص بشركة الشحن فقط
*في حالة رفض/ارجاع المنتج يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن
*في حالة الاستلام و الدفع،يحق للعميل خلال مدة ٣ ايام عمل استبداله بمنتج بنفس السعر/سعر أعلي.

جميع ملابس السهرة التي تُشترى من هنّ تُعتبر بيعًا نهائيًا.
هذا يعني أننا لا نقبل تبديل أو استرجاع ثمن هذه المنتجات.

*بعد انقضاء مدة ال٣ايام عمل من الاستلام و الدفع لا يمكن الاستبدال،الاسترجاع و لايوجد اي استثناء حفاظا منا علي تقديم أفضل خدمة لكم.

يجب دفع ثمن الطلبات التي يتم تسليمها في نفس اليوم عبر الإنترنت قبل الشحن

ممنوع ‏الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في العرض(sale)

لا تتوفر خدمة التوصيل الجزئي للطلبات التي يتم تسليمها في نفس اليوم. يجب أن تستلم الشحنة كاملة. في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى الاتصال بنا وسيتم تطبيق رسوم شحن الإرجاع.

أي اوردر ٥٠٠٠ جنيه أو أكتر لازم يكون مدفوع credit card  أو InstaPay
